Realty Hub is pleased to announce that Wallace Murray has joined its ranks of top- producing agents. Wallace will work out of the company’s Atlanta and Florida offices.

Wallace ranks among the top real estate agents in Southeastern USA. His eye for aesthetics, coupled with his well-honed negotiating and marketing skills, are tremendous assets for his clients, who come from all over the world.

Wallace comes to Realty Hub from Merritt Realty, where he was in the Chairman’s Circle. Wallace sold one of the largest parcels in the state of Florida, an 8,000-acre site in Florida ($16 million). One of Wallace’s most memorable sells was; the Circus Hall Of Fame property, Sarasota, Florida.

Wallace’s wide network has allowed him to connect far-flung buyers and sellers, and his background in international transactions enables him to facilitate foreign buyers who are finding Atlanta and Florida particularly attractive. He has travelled to Nova Scotia, East and West Africa, England, Germany, Italy, France, Turkey and Singapore to aid clients with an array services.

In addition to real estate, Wallace is passionate about art, music and philanthropy and he supports abused and battered women and children. Wallace and his wife Dovie have raised three sons. Wallace is adept in all phases of real estate development; especially when it comes to working with municipalities on Zoning, Land Use and Permitting issues.
