Born in Burgas, Bulgaria, one of Europe’s most-visited summer destination on the Black sea, Rumen has always loved the ocean and the beach. Previously licensed in Illinois, Rumen served the greater Chicago area before moving to Las Vegas. He relocated to Southwest Florida in 2009 and loves all that the beautiful area has to offer. Rumen is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and the REALTOR Association of Sarasota and Manatee.

Rumen is well-traveled throughout United States, Europe, Central America, the Caribbean, and speaks Bulgarian, English, and conversational Russian. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and tennis with his middle-school aged son and daughter, going to the beach, and improving his kitesurfing skills.
