Edward Cashel is a native of Trenton, New Jersey. He was also a homeowner in Ewing, NJ and Pennington, NJ.
Background:
After earning his degree in business education at The College of New Jersey in 1975, and a graduate degree in education at New York University in 1978, Ed started his career as a teacher of Accounting and Computer Science in New York City. Three years later, Ed moved back to New Jersey where he continued teaching at the secondary level. After 8 years, he left classroom teaching to work as a vocational rehabilitation counselor with the N.J. State Department of Labor in Trenton. In later years, Ed studied at Rutgers University and Rowan University while employed as an Education Program Development Specialist with the NJ Department of Education. With his expertise in the area of vocational/technical education, Ed provided much need technical assistance to school districts statewide. Ed retired from State government in 2010, and soon decided to relocate to South Florida.
Ed was licensed as a realtor in NJ in 2006.
